Harry Bosch Wiki

Angel Brockman is a lieutenant with the Los Angeles Police Department's Internal Affairs Division.

In 1993, Brockman investigated officer Bill Connors for allegedly trading heroin to prostitutes for sex. Connors committed suicide before the investigation closed, and Brockman later learned that his witnesses had fabricated the charges because Connors had tried to drive them out of his jurisdiction.

In April of 1994, Brockman investigated the murder of Lt. Harvey Pounds, and interrogated Hollywood Homicide detective Harry Bosch, who he was convinced had either murdered Pounds, or hired someone else to kill the lieutenant.
