Carl Nash is a former police detective with Los Angeles Police Department, and a security supervisor at the Hidden Highlands gated community.

Nash is played by guest star Brent Sexton in the streaming series Bosch. Nash is a recurring character and the main antagonist in the second season. Much of the character's storyline is adapted from the novel Trunk Music and he bears many similarities to the character of Officer Ray Powers from the book.
