Francis Albert "Frank" Sinatra; (December 12, 1915 – May 14, 1998) was an American singer, actor, and producer who was one of the most popular and influential musical artists of the 20th century. Sinatra's music has been considered timeless by many. He has a star on Vine St. as part of the Hollywood Walk of Fame . Harry Bosch and John Garwood often used it as a meeting place when Bosch worked in RHD.

In April 1999 they met there to discuss evidence uncovered by Bosch regarding the murder of Howard Elias.
