Detective Heikes is an investigator with the LAPD's Robbery-Homicide Division.
In November of 1993, he and Detective Rector were assigned the midnight surveillance shift of Missing Persons detective Ray Mora.
His relation, if any, to journalist Rick Heikes is currently unknown.
