The Manchester Trailer Park is a trailer park located in Los Angeles, California on Sepulveda Blvd. near Victory Blvd. in the central San Fernando Valley.
In January of 2002, LAPD detectives Harry Bosch and Jerry Edgar visited Samuel Delacroix there to discuss his missing son, Arthur.
