Marshall Daniels is an associate of Jason Jessup and an ex-con living in the Los Angeles area. He was in San Quentin State Prison in the 1990's for drug and weapon violations. While in San Quentin the two men became acquainted. In February 2010 Daniels provided Jessup with a gun.
