Morgan Randolph was a detective with the LAPD's Missing Persons Division in the early 1990s.
In November of 1993, he helped Hollywood Homicide detectives Jerry Edgar and Harry Bosch to look through missing persons reports in their attempt to identity a recently-discovered body.
