Detective Robert "Crate" Moore is an investigator with the Los Angeles Police Department. He works in the Hollywood Division and is the partner of Detective "Barrel" Johnson.

Moore is played by guest star Gregory Scott Cummins in the 2015 streaming series Bosch. He is a recurring character in the first, second, third, fourth ,fifth ,sixth and seventh seasons. He also makes a guest appearance along side Barrel in Bosch: Legacy
There is a pair of detectives nicknamed Crate and Barrel in the book series. Crate is named Detective Jerry Solomon in the books. The pair are assigned to investigate the murder of George Irving along with Harry Bosch in the novel The Drop.
In Bosch: Legacy episode "Horseshoes and Hand Grenades" Bosch recruits Crate and Barrel for help to do surveillance on Carl Rogers and his men . They get DMV photos as part of the intel . It is revealed that they have since retired but still have connections from their time as detectives .
