Roger Dillon is the owner of Chemi-Cal Bio Services (CCB), a company that does heavy cleanup for crime and death scenes and other similar needs. His work brings him into frequent contact with police. In 2009 he handled the cleanup at ZooToo tattoo parlor where Audie Haslam was murdered by Clancy Devoux. This was on the same night that Daisy Clayton disappeared.
In 2018, he met Renée Ballard at a crime scene, and he gave her his business card.
