Saint Agatha's Clinic for Women is located in Sylmar. It provides treatment for various women's cancers, among other things. Dr. Stanley Kent delivered cesium and other radioactive materials to the clinic for radiation therapy.
In 2007 he was coerced into removing all the cesium from the vault at the clinic. Harry Bosch and Rachel Walling visited the clinic on the night that Dr. Kent was murdered. They first spoke with Ed Romo, then with Richard Romo, to get entry into the vault. An FBI Radiological Attack Team led by Kyle Reid arrived at the clinic and assisted with the inspection.
