Screen Cutter

Screen Cutter is a moniker applied by the San Fernando Police Department to a serial rapist who had been operating there over a four year period. The name refers to the fact that he would gain access to the victims' homes by cutting a hole in a window screen to enter through a window. The case was worked by Bella Lourdes with the assistance of Harry Bosch. They determined that Kurt Dockweiler was the Screen Cutter.
