Season 3 of Bosch consists of 10 episodes and was released on 21 April 2017. The season uses material from the books The Black Echo and A Darkness More Than Night as the basis for the plot. Bosch is consumed with his mission to find justice for the marginalised and his obsessive focus leads his colleagues to suspect he may have strayed too far across the line to come back. Bosch investigates the murder of a veteran, needing the help of Sharkey - a runaway and the sole witness.
