The Bicentennial Butcher was a nickname given to a man in Biloxi, Mississippi who murdered two women on 4 July 1976.

The killer's fingerprints were uploaded into the Southern States Criminal Identification base in 1987.

In April of 1994, LAPD Detectives Burns and Jerry Edgar found fingerprints matching the Butcher's in a vandalised vehicle on Sierra Bonita in Los Angeles.
