Victor Hensley is a security supervisor with the Beverly Wilshire Hotel. He was formerly a detective with the Beverly Hills Police Department. In the trial of Andre La Cosse he was a crucial witness. He introduced the hotel's surveillance video which showed Gloria Dayton entering and leaving the hotel while being observed and followed by an unidentified man wearing a fedora. He indicated that the man was definitely not hotel security. When asked about the phone call to La Cosse from room 837, he reported that the room was supposed to be empty. It had been used by Daniel and Laura Price for their wedding night, but they had checked out prior to the phone call being made. He had no explanation who might have made the call. This was the first indication of substance to the alternate killer theory. His testimony also laid the groundwork for later questioning of Lee Lankford.
